To enhance our tax colleagues to understand international tax issues of the digital economy, develop an international tax talent, training of personnel of the Ministry of Finance to 108 years 1 Yue 23 days, organized by "International Tax Workshop" ( 2019 International's Taxation Workshop ) .
This year, the Institute of Financial Institutions again invited Prof. Hans van den Hurk , a professor at the Law School of the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands , to discuss the topic of economic taxation. The content of the lecture includes the adjustment and function of the digital economy in Article 5 of the United Nations Tax Model. Property and risk analysis Estimate the possible alternatives to profit attribution. Take the international large-scale e-commerce line trading platform as an example to introduce the current situation of digital taxation in the EU, UK and India.
The training institutions include the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the Ministry of Finance, the International Finance Department, the Taxation Department and the State Taxation Bureau of the 5th District.
