A stream of kindness has flowed to help a 24-year-old single father carry his one-year-old baby with heart disease down from the mountain for more than 5 hours to get treatment at a hospital, crying that he has no money to treat his child.After TikTok user @ritin0607 posted a picture of a 24-year-old single father carrying a backpack and his 1-year-old daughter, Nong Mumu, crying and walking on the road near San Pa Tong Hospital, Chiang Mai Province, and rescue workers from Nopparat Chiang Mai San Pa Tong branch drove an ambulance to meet and talk to the father and daughter last week.After this clip was released and went viral, many people commented and asked if they could help this father.Most recently, this morning (September 9), rescue workers from Nopparat Chiang Mai collected supplies including diapers, rice, dried food, and 43,000 baht in cash that had been donated to give to the young father. He said that he had carried his baby up the mountain from Sibe Village, Mae Tuen Subdistrict, Omkoi Dist rict, Chiang Mai Province, to the hospital since August 30. The route during the rainy season was difficult and muddy, and it took more than 5 hours. He had not eaten yet because he did not have enough money.The Nopparat Chiang Mai rescue workers went to provide initial assistance, including finding food for the girl to eat and helping her bathe the 1-year-old girl who had not bathed for several days.The father said that he separated from his wife and his daughter had a heart condition, had surgery at 6 months old, and was also suffering from a severe lung infection. He had to travel from the mountain in Omkoi District to receive treatment at San Pa Tong Hospital. In the past, he had to travel in and out of San Pa Tong Hospital and Chom Thong Hospital regularly every month.Recently, Nong Mumu's mother contacted her.
