He cited Section 40 of the Senate Regulations, which states that urgent motio ns do not need to be proposed in advance, such as urgent consultation requests. However, in a Senate meeting, the Senate President has the duty to maintain peace and order. Therefore, in all motions proposed according to the regulations, the Senate President must be informed of the information and consider whether or not to propose them. Only then will the motion proposer be able to propose them.This caused Ms. Nantana to argue that she was about to inform the details and the urgent motion to be proposed had supporters. She asked to listen to the principles and reasons first and should listen to the end. Gen. Kriangkrai insisted that it could not be done, but the argument was not over, causing Mr. Sitthikorn Thongyot, Senator, to protest the decision because it was not included in the Senate agenda.
