Nurses gathered to wear black to protest because they were dissatisfied with a young doctor who hit a young nurse in the back. The executives set up a disciplinary committee to investigate and called the media to make a statement on August 21. They went to complain to the hospital director and arranged to wear black to show their dissatisfaction with the young doctor's actions.From inquiries wi th the hospital management, it was found that the hospital director had gone on a mission in another province. Only the deputy director, the head of the administration, and the head of the nurse who was assaulted came to provide initial information that the hospital was setting up a disciplinary investigation committee regarding the incident. Today, the relatives of the young nurse, who is registered in Tambon Pa Ngae, Amphoe Pa Daet, traveled to the hospital to file a complaint and provide information to the hospital management.
