Taipei: Computex Taipei 2026, a major global computer and technology trade show, will feature keynote speeches by the CEOs of Qualcomm Technologies Inc., Intel Corp., Marvell Technology Inc., and NXP Semiconductors N.V., according to the event organizer.
According to Focus Taiwan, the event will also include four significant forums on robotics, automation, and physical AI. Senior executives from ABB, Nvidia Corp., Qualcomm, and NXP are set to participate, as announced by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) Chairman James Huang at a recent press event. Nearly 30 companies will be represented by senior executives in various presentations and forums during the event.
Huang highlighted that the combined market capitalization of the involved companies is over US$10 trillion, covering the entire AI ecosystem. He noted that the business impact of Computex is expected to result in export growth, with AI-related industries anticipated to constitute about 70 percent of Taiwan's exports in the following six months.
The event will take place at Halls 1 and 2 of the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, with an additional AI robotics section at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. Simultaneously, the Nvidia GPU Technology Conference (GTC) will be held at the nearby Taipei International Convention Center.
Huang mentioned that Computex 2026 will see participation from over 1,500 companies, marking a significant increase in scale. He also pointed out that 25,000 international buyers have already preregistered, with the expectation that the number could rise to 40,000 as the event approaches.
Themed "AI Together," Computex Taipei 2026 will occur from June 2-5, focusing on AI and computing, robotics and mobility, and next-generation technologies.
