They gathered every Monday. Later, the department store saw the importance of coexisting with the community, so they opened a stage for the group of elderly people to express themselves within the department store.Mr. Phairin Pratumchai, leader of the elderly group 'Angklung Artists' in Tambon Tha Wang Thong, Amphoe Mueang, Phayao Province, stated that playing Angklung music is for relaxation and to prevent Alzheimer's disease for the elderly. The group gather s to play Angklung every Monday of the week. In the past, they played at various events.
