Foreign Dignitaries to Attend Taiwan’s 2026 National Day Celebrations

Taipei:A total of 228 foreign guests are set to participate in the 2026 Republic of China (Taiwan) National Day celebrations. Notable attendees include King Mswati III of Eswatini, Taiwan's sole African ally, and Indiana Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith.

According to Focus Taiwan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) announced that the guest list comprises 156 members of visiting foreign delegations and 72 foreign representatives currently stationed in Taiwan, along with their spouses.

Among the 156 delegates, there are 115 from Africa, 12 from North America, and 13 from Europe. Additionally, the group includes 16 reporters.
