She had been shot once in t he right hand, once in the right elbow, once in the left cheek through the ear, and twice in the abdomen. One of the front windows of the house was shot and shattered. There was one 9 mm. bullet casing and one bullet head. In addition, another injured person was found, the son of the deceased woman. He was identified as Mr. Kritin, 30 years old, who had been shot in the left hand and was injured. Rescue workers took him to a nearby hospital.Mrs. Anothai, wife of Lt. Col. Charuchat, the gunman, said that about a month ago, they had a fight over a dog and a cat with their neighbors. Then this morning, her husband was talking loudly on the phone. The neighbors must have thought that she was scolding them and calling her husband a jerk. They argued for a while before her husband ran into the house, grabbed a gun, and ran out to shoot. She heard several gunshots, so she ran after him. She saw her husband pointing the gun at her head and pulling the trigger, killing her instantly.Mr. Kritin, 30, the son of the deceased Mrs. Saowakul, said that he heard his mother arguing loudly with a neighbor. Then he heard several gunshots, so he opened the door to look and found his mother lying in front of the house with a gunshot. When the gunman saw him walking out, he shot another shot, hitting her in the arm, before he walked away. The argument was about a neighbor's cat crossing into his mother's house, and they had been arguing for a long time before it escalated to the point of shooting.The investigation found that the cause was a neighbors' argument over a dog and a cat. The perpetrator kept a stray cat while the deceased kept a dog. The perpetrator was a former soldier who used a 9 mm gun to shoot Ms. Saowakul until she died.
