BAAC prepares 20 billion baht to increase the loan limit for village health volunteers and village health volunteers through the Good People Express Loan, which requires payment on time for 4 months, increasing the maximum loan limit to 50,000 baht, with installments of 600 baht/month for 123 installments.Mr. Chatchai Sirilai, President of the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), revealed that BAAC is expanding the Good People Quick Loan Project (for members of village health volunteers: VHV and Bangkok health volunteers: VHV), which is a project of the bank to support and encourage medical personnel who are an important mechanism of the country in taking care of health and helping patients in communities and remote rural areas to have the opportunity to access financial services with fair interest rates, reducing the problem of relying on informal debt.By extending the credit limit for customers of VHWs and VHWs who have already borrowed money under the project and have made on-tim e payments for 4 consecutive months and need to use the money for household expenses or investment in a career, by extending the credit limit from the original 20,000 baht to 50,000 baht and extending the debt repayment period from the original 48 installments to 125 installments, with the principal and interest repayment amount set at 600 baht per month. BAAC has prepared a credit limit of 20 billion baht to support this project.For the conditions, the borrower must be a member of the village health volunteers and village health volunteers who have previously borrowed through the Quick Loan for Good People project and must hold a BAAC Smart Card, be no older than 75 years old, and have 2 members of the village health volunteers and village health volunteers as guarantors (must be the same guarantor for 1 person).
