In this case, the conscript soldier reported to the commander of the training unit that he had been punished in a manner that was not in accordance with Army regulations, and on August 5, 2024, he ordered the non-commissioned officer to temporarily stop guard duty and appointed a fact-finding committee.From the above incidents, it is considered as an excessive punishment of personnel that clearly violates military discipline and is a neglect of the order of the commander who has assigned him to supervise personnel in the unit to be orderly and fair."The unit considered punishing the non-commissioned officer by imprisoning him in a military prison for 45 days and withholding his bonus."For the commander of the training unit, the 3rd Army Area, an order was issued to help out at the 3rd Army Area to proceed with the investigation and consider punishment.
