Kolmar Korea Co. on Friday reported its second-quarter net income of 45.2 billion won (US$32.8 million), up 5.9 percent from a year earlier.The company said in a regulatory filing that operating income for the April-June period rose 28.9 percent on-year to 71.7 billion won. Revenue increased 10.1 percent to 660.3 billion won.The earnings beat market expectations. The average estimate of net profit by analysts stood at 35.8 billion won, according to a survey by Yonhap Infomax, the financial data firm of Yonhap News Agency.Source: Yonhap News Agency
