Thammanat Prompao, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, visited the flood situation in Phrae Province and handed out relief bags and offered encouragement to the victims. Mr. Nuanit Pholken, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and executives of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives also visited Ban Long Lue Bun, Song District, Phrae Province, to hand out relief bags and relief supplies to flood victims, including over 1,300 relief bags, 300 bags of rice, 400 packs of drinking water, and animal feed.In this regard, the impact on agriculture, crops (data as of August 23, 2024) has been reported. There are 8 districts, 41 sub-districts in total affected areas. The estimated total damaged area is 19,756 rai, divided into 9,542 rai of rice, 9,757 rai of field crops, 457 rai of fruit trees, 600 boxes of economic insects (bees) .
