More than 300 foreign dignitaries will attend celebrations to mark Double Ten Day, the national day of the Republic of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Tuesday.
The ministry said that the number of attending foreign dignitaries is about the same as last year and will include Saint Vincent and the Grenadines prime minister, Burkina Faso's foreign minister and members of the Central American Parliament.
As many national leaders, including the presidents of Palau, Nauru and Marshall Islands, came to Taiwan to attend President Tsai Ing-wen's (???) May 20 inauguration ceremony, they will not be present.
