This morning, water accumulated from heavy rain flowed into the Mae Tam River, overflowing into houses and roads in the communities of Tha Wang Kwai-Phumin-Pa Lan-Inthan-Mueang Chum, Mae Tam Sub-district and communities near Kwan Phayao, Mueang District, Phayao Province, affecting hundreds of houses and flooding alleys along the route, at a depth of 50-70 centimeters. Some alleys are impassable for small vehicles. Vehicles traveling on the Mae Tam-Mae Na Ruea Road must be careful while traveling, causing long traffic jams in the morning.
