Compared to traditional processes, 3D scanning provides a faster and non-destructive way through scanning, stitching and modeling techniques, and quickly obtains the shape and size of the object. The scanned file can be modified by stitching and modeling. It is an important technology in reverse engineering to generate the required 3D model files and digitize the information of the objects to facilitate the management and modification of the objects. After 3D scanning is used to obtain the 3D object information, the 3D object is repaired and aligned through the stitching software, and then the 3D model reconstruction is easily performed by the functions of pulling, moving, filling and interlacing through the "Intuitive Modeling Direct Modeling" technology. The system can measure the error with the actual object through measurement. Different from the traditional three-dimensional measurement of single size comparison, this way provides a comprehensive comparison of the appearance and structure of the finished product, and can obtain more comprehensive information for the reference of the rear process personnel. And can directly design the mold or output to 3D printer printing or CAE simulation analysis.
