The SET Index was boosted by better-than-expected Q2 GDP figures, as well as a clearer political situation. Investors should follow the data, including important economic figures.For today's trading by investor group, foreign investors had net sales of 10,486.55 million baht, including the Big Lot transaction in shares of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC) totaling 76,107,368 shares, with a total value of 12,177.18 million baht, which is a restructuring of shareholding among groups of shareholders, where Sunrise Equity Company Limited, a major shareholder, purchased shares of the company from Jardine Cycle and Carriage Limited, resulting in a change in the shareholding structure of the offeror and the offeror grou p to hold shares in the company in the proportion of approximately 71.88 percent of the total voting rights of the company. As a result, the offeror is required to make a tender offer for all remaining securities of the company.
