As for when the contractor will be called in to sign the contract, he asked to wait for the Supreme Administrative Court's decision first because everything is following the process and procedures.As for when the public will be able to use the Orange Line, Mr. Surapong stated that the period when construction is completed first will be opened for service first. Currently, there are problems with the legal case. Therefore, wherever it is completed first, we will open for service first to avoid maintenance costs. From now on, we ask for 2 weeks to discuss and reach a conclusion. Then, we will make an official announcement.When asked again whether the opening of the train service does not have to wait for the part that is still under construction, Mr. Surapong said that right now, it is not just the MRTA part, but there are also extensions of other parts that need to be connected, such as the dual-track train, before confirming again that whichever part is completed will be opened for use first.Mr. Surapong also admitted that both software and hardware must be prepared to match the schedule for the train. The government's policy is to operate at 20 baht throughout the line. After this, there will be integration, connecting the wheel, rail, and boat systems, and he said that there will be no more obstacles in connecting differ ent colored trains. The State Railway of Thailand will also have a Thai-Chinese high-speed train, with various phases to be presented to the cabinet meeting.Meanwhile, Mr. Surapong reiterated that there is no more problem with the Orange Line electric train.
