Dr. Atthaphon Sangkhawasi, Secretary-General of the Education Council, organized the project 'The Education Council Shares Kindness to Help Flood Victims in Chiang Rai' by providing 300 survival bags containing consumer goods to the education network in Chiang Rai Province to help flood victims in Chiang Rai Province.Dr. Atthapol said that the Office of the Secretary-General of the Education Council has joined in providing relief bags to those affected by the floods in Chiang Rai Province. Although the water in many areas has receded, there are still many areas that are still in crisis.
