The secretary of the House revealed that he had already submitted a clarification to the NACC regarding the issue of "44 Move Forward MPs" signing a proposal to amend Section 112. He confirmed that he had already informed the Move Forward Party that it violated the constitution, but did not amend it. He revealed that "Suchart Tancharoen" also had to provide a clarification.Pol. Lt. Col. Aphat Sukhanan, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, revealed that at the end of July, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) invited him to clarify the submission of the draft amendment to Section 112 of the Criminal Code by the Move Forward Party on March 25, 2021. The NACC investigated the part that the Office of the Secretary-General of the House of Representatives was involved in, regarding how the Office considered including the agenda for the draft law. The Office explained and provided evidence of the various processes since the first submission and the ruling that the draft law was unconstitut ional because it was a transfer of categories from the security category specified in the draft law to the new category.'The NACC asked us what we thought, and we replied that it might be against the constitution. The party that submitted the draft law did not amend it, but instead proposed a new one and submitted it to the Coordinating Committee for consideration. The committee also had the same opinion, but added 4 issues. In addition to the category transfer, there were 3 more issues that were against the constitution, which we informed the Move Forward Party to amend, but there were no amendments. These were all academic opinions and there was nothing wrong with them. However, the one who would decide whether the proposed draft law was against the constitution or not was the Constitutional Court, which the Office did not have the authority to adjudicate. In the end, the agenda was not accepted for consideration by the House.Pol. Lt. Col.
