In order to understand the situation of the state-owned public property management, the Ministry of Finance plans to visit the Hsinchu Municipal Government and the Financial Supervision and Management Commission from May to June this year (108).
The Ministry of Finance comprehensively handles state-owned property affairs, and annually sets up a state-owned public property management situation check plan to control the state's custody, use, income and disposal of state-owned public property. In addition to the implementation of written inspections by various agencies, the Ministry of Finance and the competent authorities shall conduct on-the-spot visits to their respective organs.
The Home Affairs Department said that through on-the-spot visits, it can closely examine the management of various agencies, provide legal advice and suggestions for improvement, actively guide the authorities to complete basic management, and encourage the authorities to provide income and use of the premises without affecting public use. State-owned property uses benefits to create sustainable financial resources.
The Home Affairs Department further stated that the results of the on-site visits will be routinely made into interview records and rectification cases.
