Achin Chotiwong, Committee member, 5. Pol. Gen. Amnat Anyatamngam, Committee member, and 6. Pol. Lt. Gen. Panya Engchuan, Committee member of the P.E.PC. As for Pol. Gen. Wichean Potphosri, one of the committee members, he has withdrawn since Pol. Gen. Surachet Started to appeal the order of dismis sal from government service due to the past disputes between them.The appellant, Pol. Gen. Surachet, and the other party, Pol. Gen. Kittirat Phanphet, Deputy Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police, who at that time was acting Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police (Chief of Police) and who signed the order to temporarily resign from the civil service, were given an opportunity to give oral explanations.After that, it will enter the process of examining the evidence that the petitioner brought to the committee in an oral statement, along with the evidence and facts that were previously collected. It is expected that this will not take long.If the NCC considers that the order for Pol. Gen. Surachet to temporarily leave the civil service is unlawful, the Royal Thai Police must immediately order Pol. Gen. Surachet to return to his original position, along with retroactive benefits from the date of the order to leave, which is April 18, 2024. On the other hand, if the NCC decides that the order to leave the civil service is lawful, Pol. Gen.
