Taipei:The U.S. dollar experienced a notable increase against the Taiwan dollar on Tuesday, closing with a gain of NT$0.168 to reach NT$32.760.

According to Focus Taiwan, the trading session saw a total turnover of US$3.938 billion. The U.S. dollar began the day at its lowest point of NT$32.610 and reached a peak of NT$32.860 during trading.
