She said that she took over the shop from her father-in-law. Her father-in-law used to sell it in the area opposite the highway station and had been selling it for about 30 years. She has been selling it for 13 years, making a total of 43 years selling sticky rice with salted fish, which is considered a local food of Khuan Don District.The fish used is a non-toxic fish, a greenback fish or locals call it Pla Ta Man. It is a salted fish that is not too salty because it is eaten with Nam Phrik Jian, which is a shrimp paste chili paste. In addition, there are 2 pieces of steamed bonito fish. The st eamed fish is the father-in-law's recipe, steamed with spices that include garlic and turmeric. It is eaten with sticky rice, a mixture of white sticky rice, which uses Khao Niew Khiao Ngu and black sticky rice. It is a perfect taste. On weekdays, it sells 10 kilograms per day. On holidays, it sells 16 kilograms per day. The price is 25 baht per set. It is eaten with tea or coffee for 35 baht per set.
