Nagoya:Taiwan's Fu Chao-hsuan claimed gold in the men's high jump at the Asian Games on Sunday, ending a 60-year drought for Taiwanese men's athletics titles at the event.According to Focus Taiwan, the 23-year-old athlete cleared 2.25 meters in the final, matching his season best and contributing to Taiwan's third gold medal at the Games.This victory also marked the first time Taiwan secured a medal in the men's high jump at the Asian Games since Liao Hsueh-sung won a bronze in 1990. Additionally, it was the nation's first gold in a men's athletics event at the Games since Wu Ah-min's decathlon win in 1966.
