KG Mobility Corp. said Monday it has forged a strategic partnership with Chery Automobile Co. of China to cooperate on future mobility technologies.According to KG Mobility, the partnership includes a platform licensing agreement that allows KG Mobility to develop new mid-size and large SUVs through the newly formed ties with Chery Automobile.Through the partnership, KG Mobility aims to shorten the development time for new models and expand its vehicle lineup.KG Mobility Chairman Kwak Jea-sun said the company "will be able to develop a wider range of models, shorten the development period for new cars and respond to the rapidly changing automotive market" through the partnership with Chery Automobile.Source: Yonhap News Agency
