Pak Chong police have transferred the case of 'Lawyer Tum' who was accused of embezzling 71 million baht to the Central Investigation Bureau.In the case of Ms. Oi, a billionaire businesswoman, who assigned a lawyer to file a complaint with the Pak Chong Police Station to prosecute Mr. Sittra Biabangkerd, or Lawyer Tum, who claimed that he was tricked into investing in an online lottery platform for 2 million euros, or 71 million Thai baht, which was initially reported that today (October 25), Lawyer Tum would travel to Pak Chong Police Station to handle the matter.Most recently, Mr. Phatthapong Suphakson, or "Lawyer Aun Buriram", traveled to submit a letter to Pol. Col. Wiraphon Rabiapho, Superintendent of Pak Chong Police Station, requesting that this case be transferred to the Central Investigation Bureau to be responsible, as the damages are high.After receiving the letter, Pol. Col. Wiraphon, Superintendent of Pak Chong Police Station, said that the Royal Thai Police had ordered the case to be tran sferred to the Central Investigation Bureau. Pol. Lt. Col. Chamnan Korkerd, the investigation officer in charge of the case, submitted the entire case file to the Central Investigation Bureau this morning before the commanding officer issued an order.Source: Thai News Agency
