There were many disciples, both Thai and foreign, especially Chinese people, who joined the ceremony and lit candles to offer to Grandfather Phaya Nak. There were more than 1,000 candles in the ceremony for lighting to ask for blessings from Grandfather Phaya Nak and the Four Eared and Five Eyed Deity to enhance auspiciousness and be the light of wisdom. Each candle has a name and picture of the disciple as a symbol of lighting candles to ask for blessings from Grandfather Naga. Most of the disciples are Chinese who are unable to travel in person, so they use their names and pictures as symbols instead. While there was a group of Chinese students traveling from Changzhou, China, intending to join the ceremony, they said that they were representatives of many Chinese students who had sent their names to make merit by offering candles. They had known about this place for more than 7 years.
