Oct 8 - Consumer Protection Police Division seizes additional luxury cars from 'Mother Tak-Pa Beer', totaling the value of seized assets to 120 million baht, preparing to open the safe to find a luxury watch.Pol. Col. Witthaya Sriprasertphap, Commander of the Consumer Protection Police Division (CPPD), led forces to search two residences and one company of Ms. Korakanok or Mae Tak, aged 37, and Mr. Kantpol or Pa Beer, aged 34, seizing four luxury cars, two pickup trucks, and five motorcycles, for a total of 11 vehicles. When combined with the five luxury cars previously seized, all of the luxury cars listed on Mae Tak's social media have been seized, with a combined value of over 120 million baht. Some of the cars listed on social media may seem like there are several of them, but in reality, they were actually the same cars that had been repainted with stickers. The investigation is currently underway to question the garage owner who installed the stickers.For the 9 houses and 16 land title deeds, the p olice have coordinated with the Anti-Money Laundering Office to investigate and seize the assets. However, for the pool villas in Pattaya, there was evidence of reservations for 2 houses. However, since the pool villas are not yet completed, they have not been transferred to the names of Tak's mother and Beer. For cash, the police have seized over 24 million baht in the bank accounts of the company where the two are directors. As for other assets, such as brand-name bags, luxury watches, and jewelry, they are currently investigating the purchase routes. Initially, information was found about 6 out of 8 watches, worth a total of 28.7 million baht, that were cleaned to determine where they were purchased from.In addition, the police will take legal action against the individuals involved. The investigator issued summonses for 'Jay Nuch Bangtoey', 'Mia Rang', and 'So Khwan' to give statements on October 10 and 11. Meanwhile, 'Krao', a friend from school at Tak's mother, will not be summoned yet. As for the gro up of celebrities and influencers who participated in the live broadcast, they are still being investigated to see if they were aware of the crime. The case has progressed more than halfway and will expedite the conclusion of the case to be sent to court within the detention date of Tak's mother and Pa Beer on November 2.However, the group of victims who bought gold from 'Mae Tak' went to ask for progress from the police of the Crime Suppression Division regarding protection regarding the case process and to investigate the financial path, asset path of Mae Tak, including the people behind it who may have interfered in the case, causing the victims to not receive justice.
