I sincerely apologize to everyone."The 31-year-old was found lying on the ground alone by a police officer after falling off his electric scooter under the influence of alcohol on the streets of Yongsan district in Seoul the night before, according to the police.He was booked and questioned at the Yongsan Police Station on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act."After drinking at a dinner meeting, I was returning on an electric kick scooter," Suga said. "Due to my careless assumption that the distance was short and my failure to recognize that operating an electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited, I violated traffic laws. ""I fell while parking the kick scooter in front of my house.
