Later, the Ombudsman was of the opinion that the local people were affected and were treated unfairly by the overlapping state land boundaries. Therefor e, he issued a ruling and suggested solutions for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to correct and improve the boundaries. Then, the National Land Policy Committee (NLPC) resolved to adjust the boundaries of Thap Lan National Park to solve the problems of the local people. The National Land Policy Committee (NLPC) submitted the resolution to the previous Cabinet for consideration, which approved the implementation of the integrated state land boundary map improvement project, scale 1: 4000 (One Map).For the land to be cut from the boundary of Thap Lan National Park, 265,000 rai, the Cabinet has approved to hand it over to the Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO) to distribute to the people according to the Land Reform Act. Currently, it is in the process of the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation, which is the implementing agency, opening for public opinions according to the legal process.At the same time, he emphasized that it was not the ALRO's business.
